Unabridged Death and Birth certificate still waiting for, for going on 2 yeras - Unabridged Death and Birth certificate

I just don't know what to do or say anymore!!!! I have been waiting for my Grandmothers unabridged death certificate for 2 years now, and correction on my fathers unabridged certificate for 2 months? I have logged case numbers and ever time I call for update I get told that they are still investigating, even AFTER I have sent copy of death certificate? The hot line cannot give me ANY numbers and I feel totally helpless! HA will not even give me a letter explaining why they cannot find the documents. I wish to apply for FBR but have been held back because I cannot get ANY THING OUT OF OUR wonderful RSA home affairs. Please if there is ANY BODY OUT there that can assist me I would be utterly grateful. My email is chaldene@primeproduct.co.za
